I'll be posting Functional Nutrition Educational Videos here (I'm calling 'em 'snacks' - they're all < 20 min and easy to throw on during a lunch break or after work while cooking dinner!). 

These are all meant to be a short but sweet deep-dive on a particular topics that I tend to find many of you work on with me individually in session. You will continue to have full access to these videos as long as you are a member here. I'll be adding to them each month!
